The condo was clean, easy to access, and had plenty of towels and linens. Communication was good, and the managers were kind enough to let me store my bike in the entryway. The two secured doors were also a nice feature: one opens into a small entry area, with separate secured doors to the condo and the business upstairs. The main issue was the AC, which is controlled by the business upstairs. The condo became very cold by midday, but the system was turned off at night, so mornings were warm and humid. Giving guests some control would improve comfort. The kitchen also lacked basic items. There was only one fork, and the additional forks I requested never arrived. I bought some knives and extra glasses at a thrift store, which at least gave me an excuse to explore. Not a complaint about the property, but visitors should know Asheville has no micromobility. Downtown is about a mile away, and there are no Lime, Lyft, or Veo scooters when you do not feel like walking.
Enjoyed my stay at the perch, everything was as stated and very accommodating would definitely book again
I had a great stay, no complaints. Good distance from downtown. Place was clean and had everything I needed.
